The day staff was always very knowledgable and friendly! The breakfast was good and the gym had the basic things we needed. Also, the housekeeping staff was careful with keeping the door shut while cleaning for our cat.

Great location with an awesome view! There’s a trolly stop just a short walk from the property. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as in the hotel itself. Super clean! Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, felt like home away from home. The bathrooms are very nice!

I loved everything about this property. It was beautiful inside, the room was clean and had plenty of towels. The restaurant/bar in the lobby had excellent service.

If you want to be at Vanderbilt it doesn't get any better. Perfect location on campus and near shopping and restaurants, stadiums etc.

It was so fancy, the staff was very friendly even though they were busy as heck. They did a great job of getting everyone checked in, so much so that I didn't have to wait in line.
